Garage, Basement and Shed Cleanouts
Moving, downsizing, clearing a parent's place or just done tripping over it, we take the whole space back to the walls in one visit and sweep before we leave. Tell us what is in there or send three photos and we price it on the spot.
Furniture and Appliances
The couch that will not fit through the door, the fridge in the basement, the mattress, the treadmill nobody uses. We bring the dolly and the straps and get it out without scraping your walls, single item or the whole room, priced before we lift a thing.
Renovation, Yard and Old Deck Debris
Drywall, old cabinets, tile, carpet, a fence that blew over or a deck past saving. We build decks and fences all summer, so tearing one out and hauling it is a normal Tuesday for us. Contractors and landlords can put us on a schedule for the whole project.

What People Actually Ask Us.
How much does junk removal cost?
It depends on how much there is and what it is. A single couch is a small job, a full garage is a bigger one. Tell us what you have or send a few photos and we give you a price over the phone in a couple of minutes. That price holds as long as the pile is what you described.
How fast can you come?
Usually within a day or two of your call, sometimes the same day if the trailer is nearby. Tell us when you need it gone and we will tell you straight if we can hit it.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If the items are in the garage, the driveway or the yard, and we have agreed on the price, we can do it while you are at work and send you a photo when it is done.
What happens to the stuff?
Anything usable goes to donation. Metal, wood, electronics and appliances go to the right recycling stream. What is left goes to the ecocentre or transfer station. You never have to wait in that line again.
Do you work with contractors and landlords?
Yes. Reno debris, unit cleanouts between tenants, old decks and fences. We can be on a schedule for the whole project, one number for every haul.
How does payment work?
You pay when the junk is gone. Interac transfer, cash or card. The price you were given on the phone is the price, no add ons at the trailer.
