• Quotes are free and fixed once given. The price we quote is the price you pay for the scope we walked through together.
• Deposits lock your service date and go toward the final balance. The balance is due on completion, after the walk-through. We accept cash, e-transfer or cheque.
• Weather: some work depends on site conditions. If we reschedule, you pick the next date.
• Guarantee: we walk every job with you before we leave. If something's not right, we fix it then.
• Insurance: Kodiak Builds Inc. is a registered and insured business.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec.
